Connect Saigon collects the contact and booking details you provide to respond to your request, plan your experience, and coordinate with the venue where necessary.

Authorized staff can access requests and internal notes. Your private request link lets anyone holding it view your request, published quote, and customer-facing messages, so keep it private. Internal notes are visible only to staff. We use Supabase to store and secure request information, and Resend to send request-related emails. We do not use this form to subscribe you to marketing messages.

Please avoid including passport details, payment card information, or other sensitive information in your request. We only need the details relevant to your booking.

To ask for access, a correction, or deletion of your information, submit a general enquiry or contact the team through the WhatsApp conversation for your request. We may need to verify your identity before making changes.

Request information is retained while needed to handle your enquiry and related operational or legal obligations. You can ask our team about the retention period applicable to your request.
